Vindication

Paladin · Retribution · opens at 10 points spent · 3 ranks

Vindication works differently in World of Warcraft: Forever than it does in Classic Era.

Vindication ranks in Forever

  1. Rank 1 Gives your damaging melee attacks a chance to reduce the target's Attack Power by 42, and increase your Attack Power by 1% for 30 sec.
  2. Rank 2 Rank 2 values not yet captured from footage.
  3. Rank 3 Gives your damaging melee attacks a chance to reduce the target's Attack Power by 204, and increase your Attack Power by 3% for 30 sec.

Redesigned: an Attack Power debuff plus a self buff instead of Classic's Strength and Agility reduction. Rank 3 from the level 60 BlizzCon slide; rank 1 was read at level 38 from show-floor screenshots, so the two are not on one scale; rank 2 not yet seen.

What Vindication does in Classic Era

Forever changed this talent. The Classic Era wording is kept here rank for rank so the two can be read side by side.

  2. Rank 2 Gives the Paladin's damaging melee attacks a chance to reduce the target's Strength and Agility by 10% for 10 sec.
  3. Rank 3 Gives the Paladin's damaging melee attacks a chance to reduce the target's Strength and Agility by 15% for 10 sec.
